Don't know if this is the right place to post this question......

I cannot purchase the single license for C4D in the SHOP page, it says "Error when loading stripe data."

Tried it with different browsers and same thing happened.

If anyone knows why please chime in.

just tried to purchase a regular license and a subscription, and everything seems to work as expected.
From which country are you trying to purchase, and in which exact step you get blocked?

I already have a Standalone license so I was just trying to buy a plugin license for C4D alone.

I went to the Shop page, down to plugins and select the C4D single license then press BUY and here is what I get;

Error when loading stripe data.

This is really weird, I tried to buy the Standalone license again and the same message popped up.

Just tried again on a different computer running Windows 10 using Edge. Same thing....

I have the same problem!! I can't buy any octane plugins I get the same message "Error when loading stripe data

This issue should be resolved. We just pushed a fix for this error message. Try clearing your browser to retry.
