Another wierd one:

On rendering a single frame, hitting F3 in order to save the image file: if I click on the thumbnail view as shown in the attached image, Blender disappears.

By that, I mean it literally leaves my computer. The shortcut on my desktop to Octane Blender disappears (I watched it happen). Clicking the remaining link in my Programs menu tells me that
the program cannot be found.

The only work around is to re-install the program.

The image folder contains about 1000 image files, but should this matter?

Anyone else?

This does not happen in regular Blender. Same thumbnail view, of the same images files works perfectly.

Thanks for your report.
It is very weird as we don't include any code to remove blender(except the uninstall program).
I've also tried on my win10 pc and it didn't happen.
Could you please check if you had some anti-virus applications on while the issue happened? - as it seems that octane blender is removed by third-party applications.
But please feel safe, it so, it should be a false positive report.

I definitely have Malwarebytes and Avast running in the background.
