Hi I'm wondering if a specific scene of sketchup can be used in octane?, I mean same camera position, same resolution.

sure, I use sketchup just recently, but I'm falling in love with it for architectural renders, and with the octane plugin is click and go, it translates camera and sun position along with everything else. Also if you move the camera in octane (which is much easier and you can find great shots) then you just have to see the values for the camera in octane and match those in sketchup, there is several free camera plugins for SU that let you choose position and FOV and such. I've done some neat renders mixing octane with lines from SU.
