Error Loading - OctaneRenderForRhino

Hi
I'm trying to upgrade my machine (and eventually the whole office) to Rhino 6 working with Octane Plug in
I have updated Octane Standalone to : 3.08.3 & uninstalled previous versions
I Have also tried to install both : OctaneRenderForRhino6_4_00_0_98 & OctaneRenderForRhino6_3_08_3_95
I have updated my graphics card drivers to the latest versions : Nvidia - 411.70
However, Both result in this
Any thoughts? let me know if you need anymore info
