displacement in certain area - trying to figure it out

I'm creating a bottle shot, I have a glass material applied to the model, I now want have an area on the bottom of the bottle displaced without affecting the rest.
In c4d I would normally have two glass materials, one without displacement applied to the whole bottle, then another glass material with a displacement channel, applied using a poly selection to the area I want to displace. The first material has a cylindrical projection and the displacement material has a flat projection.
I stack both materials and set the displacement one to 'mix textures'. Job done.
How can I do the same thing but using Octane? I'd rather not go through a horrible UV unwrap, is there a way to do it similar to the method above?
