Mesh loading every frame – SA loads it only once

I have a bunch of linked duplicate planes arranged into a large landscape with the Array modifier. The Object type for mesh is set to Scatter. It takes the scene about 30 seconds to load, which is understandable as my textures are 4k and also includes displacement.
However, during animation rendering, Octane Blender is loading the mesh on every frame. This does not happen when I export the ORBX and render in Stand Alone. In SA, the scene loads only once and the entire animation renders very quickly.
Even within Octane Blender’s view port, I can smoothly move the animation play head and run the entire animation without each successive frame loading. But rendering the animation reloads the mesh for a delay of 30 seconds per frame.
I tried changing Object type from Scatter to Movable Proxy, but Octane Blender still loads scene on every frame.
I tried to attach my ORBX and Blend file with textures but apparently the 548MB 7z file was too large to upload. If developers need those, let me know if there is another way to provide them.
