itoo forest and octane volume problem

Hi We are trying to scatter octane vdb volume with itoo forest. OCtane 3 did it. Octane 4 is either stuck on scene eval or just have crazy looking volumes once octane viewport is opened thanks

Also octane volume is not showing vdb right in the center of the octane volume gizmo. Also would be nice to have a visual preview of the VDB too.
