my connection times out when trying to reach (https://account.otoy.com/oauth/authorize?client_id= *****etc... )
which prevents me to sign-in on the site & the plug-in to activate.
is there something wrong on my end ?

Can you submit a ticket to OTOY via the Support menu option at the top of this page.
