I have a new computer and im trying to install Octane for LW2015 when I select the plugin to install from the plugin folder I get a message. 'Plugins was not found or cant be installed' ? Anyone else had this issue ?

Do you have the Visual C++ 2015 redistributable package installed?

Download the vc_redist.x64.exe file and install it. If this doesn't work, please let me know.

2015 worked and is running, I installed the latest version of LW 2018.06 and the plugin worked until I restarted the computer and then it hasnt got the plugin or menu installed and I'm getting the same message but only in 2018 very strange.

Hmm, I don't have other reports about problems with the plugin and the latest LW2018 build, so do you say that it was working and now you can't even install it? Are you sure that you are not installing the LW2015 version in LW2018?

I reinstalled LW-2018 and it's working fine now thanks for your help juanjgon
