Hi,

So I'm a total newbie with Octane render so I could use some help getting over my first hurdle with the program.

I tried to just test the program(3.07) with a Cinema 4D(R19) exported obj and I'm getting this screen when I click the obj....

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? In most tutorials I've watched the mesh should appear in the viewport when clicked. I even tried Render Target and setting up a camera.
If it helps when I made the mesh in Cinema 4D I made a simple luminescent(material) cube above a plane, that's it

Hi,
please, use a Render Target node, and connect it to the imported mesh node, than navigate in viewport to find the object.
Please, also note that Octane works in meters by default, if you have exported in a different scale, you need to change the obj mesh settings in the node inspectoe, by clicking the tool icon.
