Brand new to this (first day with Octane for Blender) , so please forgive if redundant.

Was working a way when the render preview stopped.

Text display = Scene| Elapsed: 00:00:00| Not connected | No Render-server at address "127.0.0.1"

I guess the Octane Server stopped for some reason? I relaunched, and it is working now. Some setting I need to know of?

This can happen for no reason from time to time
For now the only known fix it is to relaunch the server again.

Is this potentially a mid render (animation) issue?

This never happened to me during animation rendering but only during scene setup.
