Multi Shader Index Ratio

Trying to make a film strip using a cloner of a plane. And I want each clone to have a different frame as a texture. This works in C4D with Multi Shader in the color node. I can't seem to get it work in Octane other than using a random effector with the clone. And even with that, it only uses a few of the textures. Any suggestions?

Bump: Having the same issue here, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
