Cannot Render - C4R?

I tried rendering with no success.
I got a ton of error messages and then it just rendered the sky.
Our project in in C4R, so it is a collaborative cloud project. Unlike most Revit projects, our material defenition and our model is in the cloud and also copied locally using Autodesk Desktop Connector. A type of Dropbox-Google Drive software that copies the cloud files locally.

Not sure if it is related. Here is a screenshot of the errors.

The plugin has never been tested with C4R, so it may not work in this environment. I would need a copy of the .rvt file in order to find out what is going wrong here.

Hi John,
The C4R environment actually works off the cloud, so you would need a C4R license to test it.
If you have one, I can send a generic project invite from C4R to your registered email.

I think in the long term, all of our projects will go onto C4R or BIM 360 Design (same thing)
Thank you

I think support for C4R would be a major undertaking, and is not something that could be started in the next few months. But I will add it to the TODO list.

Awesome, thanks Paul!
C4R is really game changing, so I am excited for this.

I now have a "BIM 360 Design" license. Will that allow me to be invited to your C4R project?

Hi Paul, sorry my notifications were off.
Technically, yes I could add you, but my project has data I cannot share. I'm not sure if my firm would be open to have a project just to troubleshoot Octane with your guys.
You should be able to simply create your own shared project with Revit and host it in the cloud however. I don't have a personal license to test it either (it`s 1000$ CAD+ a year).
Go to the Collaborate tab, select Collaborate again and then select BIM 360. This is basically like a Google Drive for your Revit projects. Anyone who joins this project can alter the file and synch it live.
