Could you tell me when the offline mode option come back ?

Octane 3.08 doesn't support anymore this option, it's a true issue for us...All our computers aren't connected into the internet for security reasons.

So...Hope this issue will be corrected quickly.

Open scene and forget to enable internet access first, sometimes locks up looking for a license...

Yes, sorry. Enabling again the offline licensing is a planned feature for an upcoming 3.08 build and of course for Octane 4, but I don't have any ETA about when it is going to be ready yet.

+1 I have the same problem. I need offline version too!!

From the latest 3.08.2 release thread... think i will revert to 3.07 in the mean time.

"This version doesn't have an offline mode yet. We are currently finishing a new system which unfortunately didn't make it into this version yet, but we hope to have something available very soon (I am talking of a couple of weeks not months). Again, apologies for the delay."

Not yet, sorry. Reverting to 3.07 is the only solution until this feature is available again.

Well in July it was a few weeks away, now it is November.
I suspect this is the status quo now which is less than ideal.
