Sign-in Error

When trying out the experimental Maya plugin it can't find the license. It gives me the Retry|Sign-in Out|Cancel option, and unlocking doesn't work. It works for the stable version and I've had this trouble with other experimental versions, but I've had 3.80 installed before (not 3.80.1).
Windows 10 64 bit
GTX 970
32GB ram
Nvidia Driver: 391.35
OctaneRender Standalone version: 3.08
OctaneRender plugin version: 3.08.1 - 12.46 RC2
Maya Student 2018.3

Hello Yak27,
The full license release would not work with the subscription license. Select the
OctaneRender Studio for Maya from the select software drop-down or click on the Subscription link [
viewtopic.php?f=109&t=67797 ]. Please let me know how it goes.
