Octane does not load Phoenix fire sims

Basically if my phoenix fire sims start at frame 50 and I start my renderer at frame 45, for example, OCtane won't load phoenix sims into the renderer to render them.
I must start my rendering at frame 50 or more for OCtane to realize that I also have Phoenix sims to render. So far the bug is present with phoenix fire
I attached the scene. If you render before frame 345 lets say 340-353 you will not see any smoke sim. If you start your rendering 345-353 octane will load fire sim since fire sims start at frame 345.
The second problem: rendering speed will drop significantly just because fire grid is inside liquid grid even though smoke wont be visible for the first 5 frames. Overlapping grid bug. Thanks
