Need Help With Octane

Hi,

The problem that I have is, sometimes when I export to Octane from 3DMax I end up with modelling problems within Octane. As you can see from the image below, my windows have been filled back in aswell as the windows themselves going a little wierd.

The only way I can find a way to fix this is to go back into Max and model again, in the exact same way as before and sometimes it then works.... Is this something that I need to be doing in the exporting stage on modelling stage?

Check if your normals are pointing the right way.That's the only thing i can think of at the moment.

Yeh Ive checked the normals but still the same problem.....Its only the odd few windows and walls that it happens on..the rest are fine and they are copies

Not sure what else to suggest.

have you tried remapping UV's on the parts that are causing problems ?

Yeh I tried Uv mappin....I think it is something to do with the Editable Poly that is attached to it, Iv managed to fix it now, took a while, but all working..Thanks for response :)
