What do you mean? Is the wall itself emitting light or is something else projecting light onto the wall?

To make a directional light emitter, assign an image texture to the "distribution" input of an emission node. The distribution is given in latitude-longitude mapping.

Just project your texture on the building using your UV unwrapper,
and make the building material a diffuse, and place the texture as an emission texture,
that should give the same effect as 'projecting' it on there.

thank you for your answers,
but
Roeland: I can not find the node "distribution"
Radiance is a good solution but I have an object between the projector and the wall.
This object make a shadow, which in your case is not possible.
