C4D Cannot be opened after V3.07-R2 Upgrade to V3.08

HI:
I used to work with V3.07-R2, It was very good , but when I upgraded to version 3.08, my C4D R18.57 & R19.53 couldn't be opened and there was no hint ，when i delete the octane plugin ， the software resumes。
I reinstalled the C4D R18&19 and the driver but it didn't work. I don't know what the problem is, HELP ME
