textures not updating when network render is enabled

Main Host PC:
OS: Windows 10 Home Edition Version 1709
GPUs: 2X GTX 1080ti + 1X GTX 1070
Driver version: 3.13.1.30
RAM: 32GB
Octane Standalone Version: 3.08
Octane for C4D Plugin Version: 3.08
Cinema 4d R19 Studio Version R19.053
Slave PC:
OS: WIndows 10 Pro Version 1709
GPUs: 4X GTX Titan Z (2 physical dual cards meaning 4 cores, reads as 4 cards)
Driver Version: 3.13.1.30
RAM: 32GB
Octane Standalone Version: 3.08
When Network renders is active, sometimes textures don't update in one quadrant or half of the image. See attached image, the bump map on the left is no longer even in the project but is still appearing in the live viewer (it should look like right side)
Deactivating network render fixes the problem which leads me to believe its a problem with the slave not getting updated texture information.
