Undo operation recompiles whole scene

There is a serious and very annoying bug since the beginning of Blender plugin – undoing an operation like material colour change or position of an object results in recompiling the whole scene.
This does not happen in standalone. Why it is the opposite in Blender version?

Thanks for your report.
Blender reloads the scene after redo/undo steps, which triggers recompiling and data re-transferring.
As it is a limitation of blender(same situation in cycle viewport rendering), we will look for other ways that we can do to relief the pain(optimize compiling time and reduce the transfer traffic).
