Version 14, imager and general render issue

Hi,

I was needing to use the imager to remove some hot pixels and it didn't work like I was thinking it should. It would work ok in the view port, but when used in the final render the image would become over exposed. I have attached some examples of the issue. Also when I exported a ORBX file from Blender and rendered it with 3.08 standalone again (even with the imager turned off) the Blender plugin render comes out with a higher exposure than standalone. There might have been some fixes between the versions, or I could be missing a setting somewhere? The render speed is much faster with 3.08, 2min vs 6min on 3.07. :D Thanks,

Jason

Hi Jason,
Could you please check the value in "Properties - Scene - Color Management - View" and set it as "Raw" then try again?
PS: We have merged viewport/render camera imager setting into one in 15.1, please check settings in "Camera - Data - Octane Camera Imager" to see whether they are as you expected.

Cheers,
DrawFun

Thanks DrawFun, that worked. FYI, I'm still using version 14 as 15.1 uses 3.08RC2 which has a Linux bug so I can't render with it.

Hi Jason, there is a Linux hanging issue solved in 3.08 RC3 standalone. We will double check and fix it on blender plugin soon.
