Hello, I've noticed that there is this background pass in every render I do from R19, is basically a Beauty pass but there is no way to disable it, I think this is a bug since in R18 there is no problem with this, this is a big problem because this pass greatly increases the file frame size, is there any way to work around this problem?

This happens to me with the rc2, rc3 and the new rc4 in the R19. This gives a lots of problems with the index EXR and increase the file size.
