Basic MAT preset (not LiveDB)

possible to add the main (basic) material presets as in other renderers (Cy4D, RS)?
LiveDB is slow to load and uncomfortable to use.

Yes but I'm not sure what kind of presets you need. Also they can be stored in content browser for quick creations.

is it possible for users to ask? to make a poll?
to divide the main materials into categories.

Do it if you can or i can. But need to know full details for presets. So user feedbacks are important.

maybe ?
Metalness: gold, silver, iron, Aluminuim, copper, brushed metals (Anisotropy), car paint.
Transmission: glass, tinted glass, water, honey, ice, soap bubble.
Subsurface: skin, marble, wax, paper, leaves, milk.
Emmisions: neon
Volume: haze, fog, noise fog, cloud
