xref crash due to octane?

Hi Paride,
can you check and see if you can xref this file. Seems like my max 2018.4 crashes and autodesk said it works maybe because they don't have octane.
If you can also select those three objects and click merge it crashes max
Thanks

Hi coilbook,
I do not know if I correctly understood what you said, but xref merge seems to work well without crashing your carrots.
I attached a clip about this.

Hi coilbook,
I tested your scene in xref object and yes, it crashes, but I tested other files without any crashes.
I think this crash depends on material applied to carrots.
changing it, no issue happens.
