Rendering bug

When the MeshRenderer is disabled, it is still rendered with Octane. If you disable the entire GameObject, it doesn't render anything as expected, but it shouldn't render anything either if the MeshRenderer is disabled.

Thanks for bringing that to our attention, that's clearly an oversight.
