Newly paid subscription seems "Deactivated" on account

Hi,

I've paid for an Octane C4D subscription today. It seems completed on PayPal, also had an e-mail from Otoy that says my subscription is successful, but I can't login or use the plug-in. Yet, it says "deactivated" on my Otoy account page. I've e-mailed to otoy about this issue but there were no returns.

What is going on?

Hi kotutohum,
did you solve your issue with licenses?
If your licenses are listed as Deactivated, it means that your licenses are ready to be used, and currently are not activated on any machine.
