Newly paid subscription seems "Deactivated" on account

Hi,
I've paid for an Octane C4D subscription today. It seems completed on PayPal, also had an e-mail from Otoy that says my subscription is successful, but I can't login or use the plug-in. Yet, it says "deactivated" on my Otoy account page. I've e-mailed to otoy about this issue but there were no returns.
What is going on?
