Vs Keyshot

Hi
I'm new to rendering at this level and was tempted by Keyshot - until I saw the price.
That said, I was getting really nice results, quickly and with the minimum of fuss.
Is Octane a comparable tool? - Its a lot, LOT cheaper so it deserves consideration.
Any advice is appreciated - Thank You
