Hello I am a new user My current versions are:

Cinema 4D R 19.008
Octane 3.07_Test3a
Octane C4D plugin 3.07_Test3a
Nvidia Driver Version 388.0

I've installed the plugin correctly by placing the 'c4doctane' folder into plugins and deleting all '.cdl64' files except 'c4dOctane-r19.cdl64'

But I'm still not seeing the octane tab in cinema. Am I doing anything incorrectly?

You need 19.024 at leeast as said in install notes.
