...using C4d and Octane?

I own Turbulence FD, and have tried MagicSnow but can't figure how to use the first to do this and the second won't render.

Any products available that would help?

You could probably get pretty far with x particles. Or just take a tissue in front of a black screen and dangle it and take a video.
