licence problem

it's already 2nd time during last 3 months. I'm having a problem with my license (never had this problem before), it says the license still in use.
I'm the only user of my license, I don't share it with anyone, i have an antivirus, firewall won't let anything out unless I tell it to do so (so no viruses or whatever), work with computers since 1992 so I have a little understanding of computer usage. I'm afraid it's some type of bug, or whatever.
I didn't have even crash since last login, didn't install anything. I just exit from C4D (R17) today or yesterday (I don't even remember) turned off my computer, turned on today and here it is.
i don't want to run out from web "disconnect" for some strange reason.
could you check on your end what cause the trouble?
