Hello!

Small Issue with octane, any help would be greatly appreciated :)

The GUI readout on the live viewer/picture viewer is saying that octane is using 3.5gb i have 7.5 unused and 11gb in total vram.

I'm running 1 1080ti in my system.

I can't seem to find a setting to have octane utilize my whole GPU VRAM, any ideas?

Thank you :)

Hi sahhar,
don't worry, this is how OctaneRender works.
VRAM consumption depends from scene complexity, and mostly on how much geometry and textures you have loaded in your scene.
So it is good to still have 7.5GB free, it means that you can raise the scene complexity if necessary.
Note that in v3 there is a limit of ~40 millions polys, that are roughly 8.5GB of VRAM.
Happy GPU Rendering,
