Hi there.. please..I cannot resolve this trouble..
Nothing in Octane 2..Nothing in Octane 3 for C4d..
I have a bulb illumination blackbody material upper a disc that occlude the light reflection..
Upper I have a disc that sholud must reflect the light emissed from the bulb and reflect so the light illumination on the reflective ground..
Nothing..

I cannot see any issue here, unless I have completely misunderstood your question.
Please, copy paste the light on the right and transfer to the left, you should see the exact same result.

which kernel are you using?
Probably I'm in wrong, but please, try to duplicate the light to the left, and maybe enlarge the base disk. I suspect that you are distracted by the perspective
The reflections are all there, as I can see.
