Hi everyone (sorry for my english).

I have purchased Octane today but it doesn't work. I have cinema 4D r17.016. I've tried to keep the Octane R17 version in the file folder but it doesn't appear. I try to fix this with keep the R16 version, it's appear in C4D. But the problem is there is nothing. Just a new category named 'Octane' but nothing in it. No live viewer or settings... I have already try to update Nvidia Cuda, C4D etc.

According to the C4D plugin requirements in the latest release post:

You'll need to update your Cinema 4D to latest versions(16.050, 17.053 or 18.039). Otherwise the plugin will not work and not appear in menus

Could you make sure you are using one of the specified versions and try again? Let us know if that helps.

PS. I'm moving this post to the C4D subforum, where the plugin developer will look at it too, please take into account this for future posts.

Would be great to read install notes because you're not using minimum required version of C4D. I'll move your post from unrelated forum.
