BUG - ray epsilon values mismatch with standalone

The C4D ray epsilon value can only go to 0.1 ma, this is not an issue most of the time but I have been
Working on some really big scene files with miles in scale and I wish I was able to go to a higher value like can be done in the standalone version.
The version info is in my signature, the standalone version is 3.06.2.
