Hi
I'd like different strands of hair to have different colours. However even after watching the cinema 4d hair in octane tutorial I can't seem to get it to wok. It only shows one colour.
Help would be appreciated.

hairs take the color from the base, do you need to use a variegated texture in diffuse texture, try with a noise to have a fast example.

I'm generating hairs from splines created by xparticles. I can divide them into groups and give each a colour but would rather avoid it.
