Motion Blur issue

Hello,
I seem to be having some issue with the geometry on the truck bed jumping at specific frames. This only happens when Full Motion blur is enabled. I tried re-rendering and the results are the same. This issue does not occur if I turn motion blur off. I tried decreasing the time sampling per frames and I still get the same issue. Any opinions on what may be causing this would be greatly appreciated.
I'm working on c4d.
