Hi all. I have r18 c4d and 3.06.2 octane.
i download it from official site.
Unpack it.
place it in "C:\Program Files\MAXON\CINEMA 4D R18\plugins" folder
Delete all c4dOctane-incorrect ver.cdl64
left only R18.
Launch c4d and..... zero effect. No plugin installed.

what should i do ?

C4d is fresh installed. With default setting on installation.

You have to use minimum 18.039 of C4D.

I had a similar issue with the Octane 3 for C4D r16 version. I didn't realize Octane required a specific .00 version of r16 but once i installed it, OTOYs software worked as expected. Just a helpful note for others with any supported version issues.
