Does anyone have a node setup for an explosion?

I will try to create an explosion, but i have only tried out a smoke sim.
- and i have only seen a node setup for smoke, not smoke+fire (and separated)
So:
Does anyone have a node setup for an explosion?
- a screen shot will do.
