Texture emission and light problem

Hi,
When i am preparing interior scene for still render i know what to do, i am importing the scene, adjust texture emission and light power and the result is very well for me.
But, how must be done for animation?
I mean, when is exporting for animation, i can not adjust light and texture emission for every frame manually.
In other words, please tell me the way to make animations with good illumination? A way to adjust texture emission and light once in Octane for a frame then all animation to be done with these values, not the values exported from modeller?
I tried to explain as good as i could.
