Hi
I am rendering an animation sequence but when it finishes rendering one frame show up a warning window.
The Octane log shows that this is the problem:
c:\dev\max_plugin\src\converterhelper\converterhelper.cpp(1208): func<RgbaToBitmap>: , Assertion type WARNING: condition "0" failed, <BAD: RgbaToBitmap(), src image: (1024,512), dest bitmap: (1280,720)
>
Anyone knows a solution?
Thank you!

Hi unpolbo,
It reminds me of a Cuda 719 error I'm investigating.
Could you kindly use the Octane_log for more information about your issue?
you should copy the file "octane_log_flags.txt" in 3dsmax main root
and "octane_daemon_log_flags.txt" into the Standalone directory on the slave computer.
remember to enable the permissions to write in 3dsmax folder etc..
e.g. select 3dsmax folder > Rightmouseclick > properties > security > ...
After placed the "octane_log_flags.txt" and "octane_daemon_log_flags.txt", restart and generate the issue.
Octane will create "octane_log.txt" files, with info about your issue.
Share those file to better understand your issue, please.

Hi...
I had the same issue and it was due that my scene was converted from another render engine (Mental Ray), and in Render Elements had some elements from MR.
Just erase the MR elements and it works fine, maybe it could be your problem.
Best regards.

I checked that.

Thanks anyway!

Hi kcpr-raffaEl,
Does this issue happen to you using Octane SA too?

I didn't try to render in SA.
The problem is that I'm rendering many sequences via Backburner, and issue happens randomly, sometimes not in first rendering sequence.
I'm not sure how to reproduce it in Standalone.
For sure, there were no problems in earlier versions, when Adaptive sampling wasn't introduced yet.

Hi kcpr-raffaEl,
using backburner with different computers, did you notice if the issue always happens on the same computer? Or does it happen randomly with any computer?

On different computers with different GPUs.
Two of my rigs - each one tested as Master are:
1.
ASUS Rampage II Extreme
Xeon 920 @ 3,5 GHz
48 GB RAM
3 x GTX 1070 Hybrid
2.
ASUS P6T7 WS SuperComputer
i7 965 XE @ 3,3 GHz
24 GB RAM
3 x GTX 780 + 1 x GTX 980Ti
Software: 3ds Max Design 2015 (I can test it on 3ds Max 2016 and 2017 as well, but I don't know if it's any difference)
Tested with:
OCTANE for 3ds Max 3.06.4 - 4.39
OCTANE for 3ds Max 3.06 - 4.33
