Finale Render doesn't show Texture animation

Hi there,
I am having an annoying problem.
I am using animated Textures (png sequ, 00xxx - 00xxx) aprox 340 frames.. The textures are saved in a seperate folder in the project/tex folder.
In the Live viewer i can see the texture moving ... but as soon as i render in c4d picture viewer the texture doesn' update at all.
As i found out .. some texutres work .. and some don't??!
Can someone please give me a hint on how to fix this?
