After I changed the render engine from Octane to LW native, all the settings for the Octane rendering were lost. Can you do anything to keep them, regardless of whether the user switches to the mode of the other renderer?

When you switch from Octane to Lightwave using the "Switch to LW" button, a file with all the Octane settings is stored, and retrieved later if you press "Swicth to Octane". Anyway all the Octane settings are stored in the render target, so you can save the current render target or add a render target preset to later recover the Octane configuration of any scene.
