Hello,
Is there documentation or a tutorial on how to properly set up Maya fluids to work with Octane? Based on information I found in this post:

I've plugged in the Volume Medium node into the fluid's Octane Volume Medium slot. The fluid shows up in my IPR, but no matter how much I tweak the settings, I can't seem to get anywhere close to the same level of detail and texture I can with a standard renderer and I feel like I'm missing something. I'm also getting some noise and fuzziness around the edges, please see attached images for setup and examples. Thanks all for your time.

Just some points I know a lot things is not supported on open VDB and this if I'm not wrong other render engine doesn't support is the maya "noise texture" on opacity at Maya fluids.
It's seams octane plug export the VDB without this options, also one major thing is hard to get similar look due the scale of the scene. On the render settings.
Fluids is working much better if you set scale at 1 when I work on 0.01(cm) provide a lot problem the Technic I'm using is export maya fluid on VDB from the soup and then use the Octane plug VDB
for render.

Well of course the plug should provide us similar look in any scale but right now it doesn't you have to tweak a lot to get clear.

some stuff help me to find a quick look similar as maya.

1.render settings scale set 1.0
2.scale on "octaneVolumeMedium node" to have more or less density on your maya fluid
3. Volxel steps "Vol Step Len" from "octaneVolumeMedium node" this give you more resolution at the voxel is the same as "container resolution on the maya fluid"

For scatter I always set at 1 and absorption how depend the type of stuff you need, smoke, fire, big nuke explosion and etc.
