Plugin exchange

Hello everyone. I use octane render more then five years, and i really like it. All this time i used octane with C4D plugin, but today i need to use Autodesk 3d Max, because it is more convenient when i working whith Revit. May i change my C4D plugin license on 3DMax plugin license? I wrote to support team but they didn't answer me.
