Activating motion blur stretches panoramic camera render

Windows 10 64
Nvidia Titan X Pascal & Nvidia Titan X
Nvidia Driver version 22.21.13.8233
Octane Standalone Version : OctaneRender_3_06_1_win
Octane Plugin Version 3.06
Host Cinema 4D
I have a cinema 4D project with a panoramic camera.
After updating from 3.5.3 to 3.6 the render stretched the image 100% horizontally and cropped the image.
When I disabled motion blur on the camera, the image restored to the proper aspect.
I rolled back to v 3.5.3 standalone and the problem persisted.
I then rolled back the Cinema 4D plugin to 3.5.3 and everything was back to normal.
Seems like activating motion blur on a panoramic camera when 3.06 Cinema 4D plugin is installed causes this stretching.
I'll reinstall 3.06 and see if I can replicate the problem on a new project and submit images / log.
