Can someone help me create Skyline night lights within a building? I am trying to achieve an effect of tiny lights that are turned on within the building - kind of like a dystopian city effect. I've attached an image for reference:

I was able to do this but i just wanted another opinion on how to better achieve this effect - basically what i did for this was attached a cloner sphere with emission to the surface of the building. Not sure if thats a hacker way of doing it. Thanks all.
