Hello everyone,

Seem to be having a issue signing in to my octane license on my PC. I have signed out from my laptop but it claims I am still signed in on the laptop? Screenshot is attached.

Have not had this problem ever before. Any help would be appreciated.

Open C4d in your laptop and exit. Check if it's hanging in task manager and check from licenses page. You can see activation status there. If it's hanging in memory force to quit and start c4d try to signout from settings/account.

Hi,

I have tried this several times however no luck. On my subscriptions page it does still say its licensed to my laptop. If i use the unlock would this do it? Thanks for the link to the correct thread.

Why no luck? Did you tried to signout from laptop? Did you changed some hardware or OS on laptop? You can use C4D or standalone to do this. Unlocks are just for unreachable cases for systems.

Haven't amended any hardware or any settings. Seems very unusual...cannot get my head round it both PC/laptop are signed out every time I go to sign in the message pops up.
