Support for Ornatrix for Maya, when?

Hi, it has been ages since you guys talked with Ephere to support Ornatrix for Maya and still it's not supported.
Having to convert the hair to geometry is absolutely insane, and it kills both memory and performance.
When can we expect to see the support for it?
