Hi My internet was dead and I couldn't use octane.
Is there a way to use offline licensing for Octane 3.x ?

Sure, if you need you can use the offline licensing mode, which will apply to all licenses used in your machine.

You may need to close your current session by going signing out via your plugin or from Standalone in File > Account ... > SignOut, which requires Internet connection. Once you've done so, reopen Octane and check the option to use offline licenses in the activation form.

note that you can use even a GPRS connection with your phone to get the authentication to enable the Offline mode.
